Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Harrow, Middlesex
Salary: £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 37.5 Hours Mixed
HCR is searching for a Clinical Lead to join a reputable, prestigious charity that provides 24/7 care around the clock! We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead who wants to join a team of Clinical Nurses, supporting staff, and managers for a prestigious charity in Harrow!
The Clinical Lead will support and influence positive behaviours throughout the service through excellent Leadership and organisational skills, using their initiative to support the Home Manager and staff members to promote the highest standards of care.
Clinical Lead Duties:
- The Clinical Lead will be working closely with other Clinical Leads
- The Clinical Lead will support and mentor a team through monitoring and training.
- Provide leadership skills in the clinical setting using core skills, teaching, and delegation.
- Keep accurate records of daily practice
- Support Governance with investigations of incidents, accidents, and complaints.

Clinical Lead Requirements:
- The Clinical Lead must have experience in a Senior or leadership role, ideally in a nursing home.
- The Clinical Lead must be willing and flexible to work both days & nights.
- Must have strong leadership and management skills.
