Salary: £49,440 Per Annum + Excellent Benefits + Yearly Pay Reviews

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our innovative residential care home, which provides high-quality rehabilitation care to both younger and older adults. Registered Manager Duties:
- Lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care.
- Ensure compliance with all CIW regulations and internal policies.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for residents.
- Maintain and enhance the home’s excellent reputation and regulatory standards.
- Act as a positive influencer, inspiring staff and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Registered Manager Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or QCF qualification in care or equivalent
- To have experience in managing residential homes or large multi-sites
- The Registered Manager will be proficient in budget management
- The Registered Manager will come from a successful CQC background
- The Registered Manager must have experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
