Registered Care Home Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Structure
Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Hours: Full-time, days only
HCR is partnering with a residential and nursing provider recognised for delivering top-quality care with over 25 homes. With 90% of their homes rated "Good" by CQC, they seek a Registered Care Home Manager with a strong track record in maintaining high CQC standards. The prestigious care home will be run by a Registered Care Home Manager with an extensive background in elderly care, dementia care, and residential care.
We require a Registered Care Home Manager who can maintain and drive the highest professional care standards.

Registered Care Home Manager Requirements:
- CQC Registered Manager
- Proven experience in managing an elderly care home
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
- The Registered Care Home Manager will come from a successful CQC background
